The Lack of Knowledge of Ebay Malaysia

Everyone knows I'm selling stuffs on Ebay.com.my as my part time work. The lack of knowledge by some Malaysians really makes me frustrated! Let me break down some real experiences with some local buyers.

1. Buyer that click "Pay now" and he thought he has paid and he wants the item. He think money comes from a click of a button.
2. Buyer that can't read descriptions. I have few buyers that never read descriptions and argued with me after they purchased the item. They can write good English emails but they can't read, we have education problems here.
3. Buyer that bid first and ask question later. Bidding is a contract, and yet they wants to bite back. Typical Malaysian attitude that kills the country.
4. Buyer that likes to bid and don't bother to pay. Time wasting people like this are no difference with big time losers.
5. Buyer that likes to give negative feedbacks without communicating. They always think I have a shop or I open a shop. Haven't they heard about "day trader"?
6. Buyers that hate my attitude. Some complain I'm offering bad services. For the record, there is no 15% service tax I'm charging and I sent short emails during work time.

Why am I posting this because of the frustration I had this few weeks encountering such people. My supplier and my other friends also having the same problems. Please use Ebay wisely as they still offering free services in Malaysia. If you have questions about Ebay do drop me an email, I have been trading since 2001. For people who have purchased items with me has no problems with me and most of them will call me for new stuffs. Thanks everyone for reading this. Appreciate it.
