The new Selangor government is delivering their promises. Today, they opened a trunk road that blocked by Grand Saga Highway. Today marked a great day for Mahkota Cheras residents. I just called a friend who is at the trunk road today cheering as the bulldozer clearing the blockades. There are huge crowds mainly residents cheering as the new state government made their lives easier and cheaper.
* Mahkota Cheras has a trunk road built by developer to the Grand Saga Highway blocked by the Grand Saga as there are legal disputes on the road issues which is now a court issues.
* Former Road Minister, Datuk Seri Samy Vellu went to the site and basically did nothing to help the situation whereby it is taken to court to settle the issue
* New State Government claimed that the blockade is illegal and bulldoze it today at 10.00 am, 21st April 2008
* This trunk road access will save Mahkota Cheras residents 90 sen toll one way.
